A place for Great Lakes surfers to connect
The easterlies have been so scarce so far this season, but Thursday is looking really good around Toronto. I gotta work all day, so I'll be up for the dawn patrol session - but it's looking solid all…Continue

Check this popup/cutout Christmas card I got at work... pretty rad so I thought I'd share. The dude on the right is holding a Five surfboard, so I know this isn't some stock photo. I guess somebody…Continue

A couple of new lake surfing sites made their debut on the internet last week. The cool thing is, both sites were created by girls to share the stoke of surfing to more girls. And more girls in the water surfing is not a terrible thing :)

Coming right up SIR!
I took over 500 pics and then narrowed them down to about 300 then processed them for the last three days in Adobe Lightroom. Brought the 300 in for printing as 5 x 7 inch prints as there is no way that many should be posted here. I am posting about 60 as it is which is nuts but here goes...
I will have the albums of prints with me in the car whereever I go so if anyone asks I can show them a more complete set. Some are just ok because it was pretty dull but the sun did shine on a lot and those are always better pictures.

Naw man didnt make it out today, I have the day off tomorrow and am planning on heading out early but might get a little chilly without a car. Might just end up renting one since I have the day off tomorrow but I dunno. Stoked to say the least that its breaking again though + can't wait for my first freshwater ride.
Brother!! it was insane. amazing in the early morning (10am - 12 noon) then the wind shifted or something happened and the waves started to subside. I guess in the afternoon it picked up again? Dunno. It was big and mean! but the waves were rolling in nice and clean. Lots of ice chunks though. Everything at bluffers park is iced up, so it was a pain in the butt to walk around for an entry point. However, at the cove we found a perfect entrance ice-free. we just had to paddle a bit longer than usual to get to the waves.
Im going out today too. after 12. are you coming out?
